Sing with The Blackhawk Chorus!

The Blackhawk Chorus is always looking for talented singers to join our “family” and our goal is continuous improvement, both in our individual singing ability and as an ensemble. Our membership includes men and women with a wide range of talents and abilities, ranging from individuals who sing professionally to those who last sang in High School, College, a Choir, or simply, their own shower.  While the ability to read music reasonably well is needed given the number of songs performed in our Spring and Holiday Shows (and we take the summer off!), other key qualifications are a love of music, a desire to improve and a commitment to be an active and contributing member. 

We invite you to visit one of our rehearsals, and to sing along, and you will see the mastery of our Directors in action, you’ll sense the level of dedication our members bring to our craft and you’ll enjoy the friendship within our organization. Should you determine that you would like to join us, we will ask you to prepare a song of your choice that you will perform for Diane and Randall at a future date so we know your voice part and can ensure that your expectations, as well as ours, can be met and exceeded.
